Roger’s life isn’t so different from anyone else’s. He was born to two loving parents who wanted the best for him, and worked hard to provide a life better than their own. He faced challenges in his youth that little did he know, was preparing him for life’s journey. Bullying. Fights. Racism. Violence. He overcame all odds to go to and graduate from college with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. While completing his studies in college his passion for community service and helping people grew into a wildfire. It was at that time he began to volunteer with organizations like The Red Cross, City Year, and other service organizations. He was a leader in an organization that received an award for the most volunteer service hours completed in a year.
Leaders will go behind the scenes to see how Roger overcame all odds in order to be successful. Leaders will learn how they too can create powerful life changing connections using Roger’s “AIM” system, no matter what the circumstances are.
